Found in 1982 by Philippe Lamy, Lamy S.A. Expertise undertakes projects of appraisal and advice in technical, economical and financial matters, for real estate, industrial and commercial activities, throughout Europe.

Philippe Lamy
Philippe Lamy founded the Lamy Group S.A. Expertise® France, in 1982. Holder of qualifications in both architecture and law, he was fascinated by the profession of the appraisal and has been very active within European appraisal processes (European Company of Expert Architects / Switzerland, National Company of the Real Estate Experts / France), and he has contributed to the establishment of methods of calculation and European standards, in the professions of the technical, economic and financial appraisal, for more than 25 years. Philippe Lamy is member of the International High-college of the Experts (Geneva), member of the Council of the French National Company of Legal Experts and expert to the Administrative Court of Appeal of Marseille (France, CECAAM).
As President of Lamy Survey & Appraisal SA®, Philippe Lamy brings methodological rigor in the conduct of appraisals and is ensuring the implémentation of the European norms in Swiss economic life for appraisal missions.
Vincent Gonzalez
Trained in architecture, and very well-known in the Swiss real estate area, Vincent Gonzalez is co-founder and general manager of Lamy Survey & Appraisal SA® Switzerland. His professional past has taught him the ethical necessity of the perfect separation between the professions of finance, construction or sale and the profession of the appraisal, which requires a neutrality and an independence, without compromise. With Philippe Lamy, he will be guarantor of this neutrality and this independence in Switzerland where they have always shown this trait and which the business world awaits today (notably after some recent and resounding scandals across the Atlantic). In rigorous application of the procedures and standards of the Lamy Group S.A. Expertise® France, Vincent Gonzalez coordinates the projects and federates the experts in charge of their realization, for Switzerland and the European zone.
